Ron has brought a unique background to PCI. For the past 25 years, he has combined a career as Senior Executive leading Organization Effectiveness businesses and as a University Professor. He is an acknowledged international expert in the fields of Executive Leadership Development, Action-Learning Processes to Implement Strategy, Organizational Change, and Multi-Cultural Training. He has worked with leading Fortune 500’s, international organizations, foreign governments, as well as prominent not-for-profits and universities. His expertise is in developing innovative and high-impact consulting interventions to help senior leaders and senior teams drive change and implement strategy, especially for international companies. He is also a senior consultant for Technion Institute of Management (TIM) to enhance the effectiveness of the top senior executives of Israeli Companies.

Before joining PCI, Ron was Managing Director and Regional Director for Organization Effectiveness and Leadership Development for Manchester Consulting where he led a group of 30 consultants and associates world-wide. During his tenure at Manchester, Ron built most of the consulting business in the Northeast Region, which became the most profitable operating region in the company, and also led the development of global partnership for the consulting business.

Previously, Ron was a founding partner in Esposito/Jaye Associates, a human resources consulting firm; a principal partner in ACCESS, Inc., a New York City human resources management organization; and Founder and President of Training Resources for Human Development, a Washington, DC based consulting corporation serving numerous federal government agencies.

Ron is also a Professor at New York University and was an Administrator there for over 15 years in the Graduate Department of Applied Psychology. He was also a member of the Management Decisions Laboratory and the Management Simulation Projects Group at the NYU Stern Graduate School of Business. Some of his major leadership roles included Founder and Director of both The Applied Psychological Studies Program and the Center for Corporate and Employee Education and Chairperson of The Graduate Department of Counseling Psychology. During his tenure at NYU, Ron has trained many of the human resource professionals working in the New York area.

Ron received his BS from Georgetown University and his MS and Ph.D. degrees from Fordham University. He has advanced graduate training in Community Economic Development from The Kennedy School at Harvard University and Organizational Development and Industrial Psychology from Columbia University and George Washington University. He is the author of numerous publications, including two recent books on consulting and on New Orleans, and frequently appears on television. He was recently featured on a CNN special on the top 25 business stories. Ron is also an active member of many major professional associations in consulting, human resource management and applied psychology, and has been a board member for schools and community organizations.

Paula has worked within and consulted to organizations on the design, delivery and evaluation of development programs that link employee and executive initiatives to the goals and mission of an organization. Paula has extensive experience in the areas of leadership development and assessment, executive coaching, new leader assimilation, mentoring, 360° feedback processes, organizational effectiveness and career management. She has coached global executives and professionals on enhancing their strategic leadership and management competencies, improving their communication and influencing skills, developing cultural awareness, strengthening relationship building skills, enhancing executive presence and developing entrepreneurial abilities. She has emphasized linking these programs to diversity, HR and business initiatives. Her professional expertise spans many job functions and industries consulting to major global organizations, professional service firms, and prominent universities and nor-for-profit organizations.

Paula worked, for over 15 years, as a consultant to JPMorganChase on a wide variety of initiatives including the roll out of an internal global career management and executive coaching program and 360° process for executives. She has been part of the Executive Leadership Coaching team since its inception in 1995. Paula was also a corporate human resource executive for Citibank, N.A where she created and implemented career management programs for domestic and international businesses.

Prior to joining PCi, Paula was the co-founder and partner of Esposito/Jaye Associates. She launched her firm in 1985 by co-creating and implementing a comprehensive career management/leadership development and outplacement program for the nation-wide staff of The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, Inc. Paula has also been a Senior Consultant at Brecker & Merryman, Inc., an Empower Group Company where she launched the firm’s Executive Development Practice. Paula also managed career and educational programs for DC 37, AFL-CIO, the largest municipal labor union in the country in collaboration with several major universities.

Paula has coached Executive MBA candidates at the Silberman College of Business, Fairleigh Dickenson University and developed and taught courses on Adult Career Development at Hofstra University Labor Institute and Executive Coaching at New York University. She has made presentations and organized conferences and seminars for professional organizations and associations on issues related to women and work, diversity, executive leadership development, workforce trends, and retention strategies. Paula has been featured on CNN financial news for a series entitled “Work in America”.

Paula received her B.A. and M.S. degrees from The City University of NY, and post-masters training at NYU.
